![]() ![]() ![]() PS: A word on measuring the delay of the machines: I usually use the double video output method (graphics card with two outputs, one via VGA to a lag-free CRT and the other one through the processing chain). GM2 on the 50pro comes with 23ms delay, but there are only a few situations I could think of in which you'd prefer GM2 over GM1 (RPGs mainly for the sharper output, but on the other hand the 23ms (GM2 on 50pro) versus the ~50ms (Edge without activated Gamemode) won't hurt you on a RPG either. The main difference in terms of gaming between the Edge and the 50pro are: on the Edge the sharpness controls are disabled with progressive inputs and the Edge does not have a Gamemode 2. The Edge's FW is a bit more "work in progress", but overall you won't miss anything on the EDGE that you'd have found on the 50pro. ![]() There's hardly any reason for you to choose a 50pro above an Edge (analogue output (which can be added externally), SDI input and a tiny bit of additional processing options). ![]()
